My stash comes from all sorts of places. Most of my yarn was given to me (rather than being trashed) ... fabric also, much by my elderly aunts and mom - so it's ultra-retro ... art supplies some are stolen from The Boy and the rest seem to be multiplying on their own. I have jewelry findings and beads ... a collection of buttons ... oh, I could go on. I'm sure you understand.

Dont forget if the staff at your local craft supply stores know several details of your child's life, ie: b-day, age, or other important details that close relatives should know.
